The Estimate Process

Request

Once you submit an estimate request form, our team will be notified. Your form will be processed and the request will be assigned to the proper representative based on the service(s) selected on your form.

Consultation

The assigned representative will contact you within one business day. Depending on the service(s) selected, they may be able to provide a price over the phone, or it may require them to visit the property.

Pricing

Your assigned representative will calculate the cost of your service and prepare an official pricing quote. Once it is ready, the service proposal document will be delivered via email for you to review.

Approvals

If you'd like to make any changes after reviewing your proposal, you can request those. Once you are happy with it, you can approve it digitally or return a signed copy. We can then get you on the schedule.
