Landscape Design and Installation Process

How we plan and prepare for your landscape design and installation project

Understanding Your Needs

The key to your landscaping project's success
Before we start the actual planning process for your landscape design and installation project, we want to meet you and get to know you. Understanding your needs and the vision you have is very important to us. This is your dream, and we want to bring it to life accurately.

After you submit an estimate request, a representative will contact you to set up a meeting time. During the meeting, we will carefully listen to your wants and desires. Our team will make notes of what matters to you as well as what you do and don't want your project to be.

Step One - The Design

Creating the plan for your landscape
Our landscape design team will take the notes from meeting with you and use your vision to create a landscape design plan. The design will be a standard plan plus an interactive 3D model of your future landscape. If your design involves plant installation, the design team will determine which plants will work best for your vision and the area in which they are being placed.

Once your design is finished, we will set up a design review meeting with you to go over your landscape design and get your input on it. If any changes need to be made to the design, we will make those changes and send the revised design to you to review again. Once you are satisfied with your landscape design plan, you can sign your approval of it to move forward.

Step Two - The Estimate

Pricing your project
We will search for the best prices on your project's materials from our vendors. We'll take the best prices and put them together in an estimate for your job. We can breakdown the pricing for you as well if need, such as listing pricing for plants, materials, etc. separately.

Step Three - Approvals

Approve your project to lock in your prices
When your project's design and estimate are ready, you will be presented with your completed proposal. Our representative will review it with you to answer any questions you may have. If you need any changes made, this will be your chance to discuss those. Once you are happy with your design and estimate, you will sign your approval of it.

We'll then collect your deposit payment so that we can get the materials ordered and lock in those prices.

Step Four - Scheduling

Getting your project on the board
After you approve your proposal and submit your deposit payment, your name will go onto our job board. We will provide a rough estimate on how soon we'll start your project, but due to a number of factors, we can't provide an exact start date right away.

Our representative will keep you updated on when we'll be starting your job.

Step Five - Installation

Building your dream landscape
